Delays after only 3 days after opening
The Herring Bridge is currently closed for maintenance work. Great Yarmouth’s brand new Herring Bridge became the Swearing Bridge after a control room blunder saw a volley of expletives played out to waiting motorists on loud speaker. We take the safety of our community very seriously and will ensure that the Herring Bridge is reopened as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
